Overview
The module integrates a high-precision gyroscope and accelerometer. Utilizing a high-performance microprocessor and advanced dynamic calculation and Kalman dynamic filtering algorithms, it can accurately output the module's current attitude in dynamic environments. The attitude measurement accuracy is 0.1° statically, exhibiting extremely high stability and performance even surpassing some professional inclinometers.
The SINRT01 is a relay-output type dual-axis inclinometer switch with a measurement range of 0~±90° and a built-in relay output circuit. When the inclinometer value exceeds the preset alarm threshold, it outputs a passive electric shock relay signal (drive current 2A), opening the solenoid valve to perform corresponding hydraulic outrigger leveling. The alarm threshold is factory calibrated, but users can also set the alarm angle threshold themselves.
The product integrates a core inclinometer unit, designed for horizontal safety alarms and platform leveling monitoring applications. Employing a relay output circuit, it can drive the solenoid valve to shut off the hydraulic system, activate buzzers and alarm lights to automatically warn operators of safe operation. The product is precisely designed, with further compensation for temperature and linearity, and integrates comprehensive protection functions including short circuit, instantaneous high voltage, polarity, and surge protection, making it suitable for operation in various harsh industrial environments. The module has a built-in voltage stabilization circuit and operates at 9V~36V for easy connection.
It features P67 protection, a plastic casing, and is made of environmentally friendly PC material with UV protection.
